Grow a Chicken Fighter Rebirth Guide: Requirements & Rewards

Rebirth is the prestige loop in Grow a Chicken Fighter: you give up your cash and base for permanent multipliers. This page covers the requirement, the rewards, what resets, and the fast loop high-rebirth players use.

Requirement: a tower floor, not a cash amount

Rebirth is gated by tower progress. The first reset asks you to clear floor 25 (“Rebirth: beat the 25th tower” in recorded footage). After that the gate rises one floor at a time — floors 27, 28 and 29 have been seen across the next cycles — and it keeps climbing: a player near rebirth 99 was being asked for floor 44. The game now shows a “rebirth ready” prompt when you qualify (reported).

Nobody has published the full table, so treat the middle as an estimate. Floor 30 is roughly a level-40 fight, which tells you how much feeding the early gates take. See the tower and pit guide.

What you get

The reward panel on a first rebirth showed +50% money and +40% corn in one recorded run. Across multiple creators the permanent bonuses are: more money per tower floor, more corn from feeders, faster egg laying (one player describes the rebirth buff halving lay timers — Stone Face went from every 2 minutes to every 1), and a better chance at good hatches (“hatch better eggs”). A player at rebirth 100 reported the panel reading 100% more corn and another 100% more money per reset. The compounding is why a rebirth-100 account sees floor 8 pay $12,000.

Rebirth count also gates content: the incubator reportedly needs rebirth 3 or higher to buy (300,000 cash) and some incubator levels need rebirth 75 — see the incubator guide.

What resets and what stays

Chicken levels (back to level 1)Permanent rebirth multipliers

Two practical consequences. First, don’t hoard cash before you reset — spend it on the feeder push to the gate floor. Second, keep a few spare sellable chickens in reserve: since the flock carries over and the money doesn’t, selling duplicates right after the reset is the fastest way to buy feeders again. How many rebirths are there?

No cap is known. The highest documented account is at rebirth 101 and still resetting (the player was asking the same question on camera). The requirement curve and the multipliers are the only things that change.

How to rebirth fast

Early on, one rebirth takes around 30 minutes (recorded first-day run, floor 25). Late game, a rebirth-101 player recorded a loop at about 1.5 minutes per reset:

  1. Buy the first feeder; let your main chicken eat twice.
  2. Send it into the tower and start collecting floor cash.
  3. Upgrade the coop twice, then buy a feeder in each of the four corners.
  4. Pour tower income into leveling every feeder evenly (to 25 first, then 30).
  5. Recall the chicken, feed it, push to the required floor, rebirth, repeat.

Why it works: the chicken comes back at level 1 but with maxed stats and its skill intact, and the corn multiplier makes it re-level in seconds. That loop assumes a cosmic/secret-tier chicken like a Reaper Rooster with Voodoo or a 404 Chick with Cycle of Ash — see the tier list. A first-week account should simply rebirth as soon as the floor-25 prompt appears; every creator agrees “rebirth as often as you can” beats pushing extra floors.

Gamepasses that speed it up

Everything ×2 (549 Robux) and King of the Coop (1,499 Robux) double corn and money, and Double Corn (299) doubles feeder XP — all three shorten the feed-and-climb part of each loop. Elevator VIP (149) halves the cost of skipping cleared floors. Full store text on the gamepasses page.

FAQ

Do I lose my Voodoo Reaper or 404 Chick? No. Chickens, their skills and their laying traits survive; only their level drops.

Should I rebirth before opening my saved eggs? Yes if you are close to the gate: the “hatch better eggs” bonus applies after the reset, and incubator luck boost is lost on rebirth anyway (reported).
