Grow a Chicken Fighter Doll Hen Guide: Voodoo & Odds

The Doll Hen is the chicken that carries Voodoo, which every creator tier list we have seen puts at number one. You farm it from Haunt Eggs and then almost always fuse it away.

What Voodoo does

The in-game card reads “Whatever lands on her, lands on you. She is fine with the arrangement.” In play that means:

• Damage that hits the chicken is sent back to whatever hit it, like a thorns effect, and the bird has high defense while it is active.
• Players say it lasts a few seconds per trigger; the Power stat controls how often specials fire.
• The catch: Voodoo does not heal. The chicken wins as long as it has HP to trade, so the skill is only as good as the HP pool under it.
• One muffled creator clip claims Voodoo beats Cycle of Ash, Ride of the Fallen, and Reaper builds in PvP. We list that as one person’s read.

Because the Doll Hen’s own HP is not the highest, the meta move is to put Voodoo on a cosmic body. That is the Reaper x Voodoo fusion: Reaper Rooster as the base, Doll Hen as the donor, Voodoo locked in the preview. A later upgrade adds a Nebula Hen for even more HP. How to farm a Doll Hen

Haunt Eggs are the grind. The route below is what recorded runs use:

Stack extra Zombie Chicks with Fuse to speed up laying, and drop one in the Incubator once you have it. The Haunt pool is Zombie Chick 23%, Bone Rooster 17%, Jack Rooster 17%, Wrapped Hen 13%, Creepy Clown 11%, Vampire Rooster 8%, Shadow Rooster 5%, Ghost Hen 3%, Doll Hen 2%, Reaper Rooster under 1%. A Blazing Egg from a Hot Egg event is the faster roll at 3%, and it can also drop the Reaper (2%) you need for the fusion, so open any you win while you are on this grind.

Should you keep the Doll Hen as a fighter?

You can. One creator calls Voodoo “the best special trait” and another calls the Voodoo bird the best chicken in the game outright. But both are talking about the fused Reaper. If you only have one Doll Hen and no Reaper yet, level it and use it; when the Reaper finally drops, fuse with Voodoo locked and you lose nothing. Check the tier list for where each version lands.
